Move the menu to top of the page

Is there a way to move the menu of the Charity them closer to the top of the page so that it doesn’t block parts of the photos in the slide show?
I don’t see how to delete or edit a post in this forum, but you can ignore the question. I was able to figure out how to change the size of the textual logo which helped move up the menu bar.
Question: Is there a way I can get the title and the subtitle of my site on the right side of my logo, instead of under it?
