Slider not working

Hi there,
I have just bought the BizWeb theme and the slider is not working. It only shows one slider and when I go to the documentation, it tells me to go to the Appearance> customize> section to get the slider to show, but there is not slider option there. When I go to the Appearance>theme options it is there, but when viewing the site, only one banner shows. How can I get all the active banners to show?
