Edit images and text in section below home page title

I can’t seem to find the section to edit the images and text for the home page at http://www.wp.service8.com.au
You will the 4 horizontal images and text below. Where can I edit this. I have clicked every clickable link in WP without success.

Hi Michael,
To customize this four column services section
- First create four services pages from Pages -> Add New
- Go to Appearance -> Theme Options -> Sections -> first/second… Services box for frontpage section
- Select Page and upload its image
